"Non-Web" doesn’t mean rejection of technology, but rather a conscious choice to avoid being perpetually connected. It’s about resisting the grip of the "always-on" culture and reclaiming time, focus, and mental clarity.

Hacker news is one of those places where i check in twice a day maybe. not to scroll forever or chase trends but to see what's worth thinking about. i don't want to waste time on distractions or algorithms. i'd rather spend my energy on things that matter.

being non-web doesn't mean i hate tech or anything. it's more about not letting the web run my life. you know? like if i'm online, it's because i want to be, not because i feel forced.
